Anthony William, the medical medium.
Talking about adrenals.
If you guys have a minute, I would love to kind of run some things by you.
About adrenaline and adrenal glands.
The world is like a crazy place. We all know that.
We all know that a lot of crazy things are happening that are not in our control.
Including your own personal life.
and a lot of people struggle
and they go through a lot of different suffering, emotional pain.
A lot of people go through a lot of abuse
and a lot of people struggle day to day
and they're up against what feels like insurmountable problems.
While all this is happening, our adrenals are there
and they kind of take the hit.
But it's important to know that if we communicate with our adrenals
and we think about them,
we're protecting them
and we're keeping them calm.
The thing is about adrenals, we don't think about them.
We just go through a problem, whatever that may be.
it could be a small problem
really small but feels really big
and it can be
a big problem too
it could be day to day stuff
and it could be world events
and there's a lot of addictions people have
they're addicted to
the news and they're addicted to
the ongoings in the world
and while all this is happening
their adrenals
are getting
little elevations, cortisol, adrenaline,
and anything we go through, our adrenals are responding.
Not just the day-to-day tasks that we do,
brushing our teeth, taking a shower.
Our adrenals are always working in those situations.
Going to the bathroom, going on a drive,
going, you know, swimming, taking a walk, riding a bicycle, exercising on a treadmill,
whatever it is, our adrenals are working with us while we're doing it.
But then there's the fight or flight, fight or flight on even the little things.
And every day our adrenals go up and they release all this adrenaline.
and it's all normal.
But if you're somebody that's going through
different things in your life,
struggles,
nervous about something,
maybe you got some anxiety,
panic hits you every now and then,
it's important to talk to your adrenals
and just know that they're involved in everything.
And it can calm them down.
adrenals like us knowing they're working hard they like us knowing that we know they're there
and so when you get a chance when something is happening or something's going on
instead of just stopping for a second and being like wow i got this big problem
at the same time.
Instead, think about, okay,
I'm going to talk to my adrenals.
I'm going to communicate with my adrenals.
And I'm going to tell them
everything's going to be okay.
And that they can stay calm.
And they'll respond.
Adrenals will respond.
And you won't have to always live
with coursing adrenaline going through you.
and the more and more you talk to your adrenals
when you're going through anything
could even be small stuff
somebody cuts you off on the road
when you're driving
your adrenaline's going
you might not even know
but it's the perfect time to just talk to your adrenals
and say okay I know you're working hard
stay calm
it's okay
you don't have to release a lot of adrenaline right now
and what happens
It trains them.
You're validating them, you're acknowledging them, and you're training them.
So as little things happen day to day, maybe something annoying, maybe it's a family member, a friend, a partner, a work partner, a business partner, or anything happening in your life.
decisions you're making and it gives you kind of a nervousness.
A choice you're making gives you kind of a nervousness.
Talk to your adrenals and say, it's going to be okay.
I know you're there.
I know you're working for me.
I know you're releasing adrenaline.
You don't have to release a lot of adrenaline.
And so what happens is on all the little things,
your adrenals start to stay more stabilized.
more balanced.
They don't just release a lot of adrenaline
all the time.
They take breaks.
They calm down.
And then you get through
life a little differently.
Just something to think about.
Anyway, hope all is well.
Many blessings.
God bless you.
